As you can see - or better, as you can hear - the whole soundtrack has been "sanitized" (id est, removed) by the reviewer; as far as I know the original film is still classified as "Secret - Restricted Data".
By the way: REP stands for "Roentgen Equivalent Physical", an obsolete unit of measure of radiation in which "the absorbed energetic dose before the biological efficiency of the radiation is factored in. More precisely, the REP is defined as 93 ergs per gram (9.3 milliGray)" (Wikipedia).
